Digital product license
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the checklist for your own e-commerce business. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of the full checklist is prohibited.
Payment & delivery
One-time payment of $19 USD via PayPal. No recurring charges. After payment you receive an access code (in the PayPal confirmation / product note). Open /access, enter the code, then open the Google Sheet and download the CSV.
Digital content / withdrawal
You expressly request immediate delivery of digital content. Once the access code and downloads are provided, the right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply under applicable EU/PL consumer rules where you consented to immediate performance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Updates
Lifetime updates to the checklist are included. We add new checks over time in the same Google Sheet.
