What this check is
A render-blocking stylesheet delays the first paint on every page. Inlining the rules needed by the first screen and loading the rest asynchronously is the classic fix for mobile.
How to implement it
Extract the critical rules for the header, hero and product grid, inline them in the document head, and load the remaining stylesheet without blocking rendering while keeping a fallback for browsers without JavaScript. Re-run the extraction after theme changes.
How to verify it
Check the first paint in a mobile trace: content above the fold should render before the main stylesheet finishes downloading, and no element should flash unstyled.
