What this check is
A theme shipped with five section types usually carries CSS for all of them on every page. Pruning the styles for sections that are not rendered shortens the critical path.
How to implement it
Identify the stylesheets and rules used only by sections absent from the current templates, split the theme CSS so those rules load only where needed, and re-check the pages that do use them. Keep the split in the theme rather than in a build step that will be forgotten.
How to verify it
Compare the CSS bytes loaded on a product page before and after, and confirm the pages using the removed sections still render correctly.
