Check 21 / 21 LOW impact In the full checklist
Size guide popup linked from variant selector
What this check is
This is the placement version of the size chart: the shopper about to choose a size is the one who needs the guide, so the link belongs next to the selector rather than somewhere in the description.
How to implement it
Add a text link or icon next to the size options that opens the guide in a lightbox, sized to fit a phone screen without pinch-zooming, with the measuring instructions above the table. Close on backdrop tap and restore focus to the link.
How to verify it
Open the guide from the variant selector on mobile, confirm it fits the viewport, closes with the back gesture, and that focus returns to the size selector for keyboard users.
